There are many that would have you believe that abortion is a quick and easy process without any consequences or risks but this is simply not true. In fact, the data and longitudinal research would prove otherwise. Many people from the pro choice arena would like to feed you numbers showing how safe abortion is but it is not. Let me throw a couple of news snippets at you for consideration:

In a news piece dating back to 1972, in Los Angeles Times, a news reporter that worked for that newspaper uncovered 3 deaths in L. A. in only 1 month in 1972. Again, a Chicago Sun-Times new reporter uncovered 12 deaths related to abortion in Chicago in 1978. Here is the shocker: The statistics from the United States government showed just 16 deaths for the whole United States in that year. 

With this kind of misinformation it quickly becomes obvious that their is a radical pro choice agenda behind statistical reporting with the United States government. As a result, you cannot trust all stats that you come upon. The truth is that abortion is very dangerous for the mother and always fatal to the baby. This is not a scare tactic but a reality that every mother should consider before making the decision to go ahead with an abortion.  There are many bad abortion stories that you can read on the internet.

If you are in a situation where you are considering having an abortion then you should know that you have options available to you. There are women standing by at a local pregnancy center and many of them have been right where you are at now. There are non judgmental and will talk with you.  Always remember that you are not alone ... the future is bright for you and your baby. God is with you and will never leave you.
