Spiritual. This is the greatest cost of all in my opinion. God loves you and your child and nothing can or will change that. God is here for you and will meet the needs that you have on every level. The problem is that many women that have had an abortion carry sever guilt that cripples them spiritually for many years and in many cases for the rest of their life. Guilt often outweighs the ability to forgive yourself … do not overlook this as abortion costs heavily when it comes to the things of the spirit.
